Building and Construction Code Discussion Paper
The Commission has released a discussion paper examining the potential reintroduction of an amended building and construction code in Queensland.
The paper outlines the history of building and construction codes at the Queensland, Commonwealth and state level and invites feedback on key issues including the desirability of a code, its content, timing for implementation and enforcement mechanisms.
