Commission seeks public assistance to identify individuals at Centenary Bridge Upgrade incident

21 July 2026

The Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry is seeking public assistance to identify several individuals who were present at the Centenary Bridge Upgrade site, Jindalee, on 23 February 2024.

Footage tendered to the Commission shows an Australian Workers' Union vehicle being blocked from exiting the site on that date. Individuals present on that date may hold information relevant to the incident. The screen captures below, taken from the footage, may help with identifying these individuals. High resolution images are also available to download.

The Commission asks that any member of the public who recognises any of these individuals, or has information that may assist in identifying them, contact the Commission of Inquiry. Information can be provided confidentially via the Commission’s website or the tipline: 1800 810 933.
