Public hearing dates announced for Commission of Inquiry into CFMEU

The Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry has announced the next two blocks of public hearings.
The first block will be held at the Magistrates Court in Brisbane on:
- Tuesday, 18 November 2025
- Wednesday, 19 November 2025
- Thursday, 20 November 2025
The second block will be held at the Harry Gibbs Commonwealth Law Courts Building in Brisbane on:
- Tuesday, 2 December 2025
- Wednesday, 3 December 2025
- Thursday, 4 December 2025
Witness lists for each hearing block will be announced in due course.
Members of the public are encouraged to watch the hearings live via the Commission’s website. Transcripts will be published online following each session.
