Witness list for first public hearings of 2026

The Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry anticipates that evidence will be heard from the witnesses listed below during the first hearing block of 2026, which runs from 10-12 February.

It is envisaged that each hearing day will be conducted at the following times:
- 10:00 am – 11:15 am
- 11:30 am – 12:45 pm
- 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
