The Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry anticipates that evidence will be heard from the witnesses listed below during the third hearing block from 10-12 March 2026.

It is envisaged that each hearing day will be conducted at the following times:
- 10:00 am – 11:15 am
- 11:30 am – 12:45 pm
- 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
