Witness list for public hearings 17-19 March 2026

The Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry will hold public hearings between Tuesday 17 March 2026 and Thursday 19 March 2026. Hearings will be held in Courtroom 17, Brisbane Magistrates Court.

It is anticipated that evidence will be heard from the following witnesses.

  • Graeme Newton – Chief Executive Officer, Cross River Rail Delivery Authority​​​​​​
  • Vince Sanfilippo – General Manager (QLD & PNG), CPB Contractors Pty Ltd​​​​​​
  • Don Johnson – Managing Director, EIC Activities

It is envisaged that each hearing day will be conducted at the following times:

  • 10:00 am – 11:15 am
  • 11:30 am – 12:45 pm
  • 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
