Public hearings
16-18 June 2026
Public hearings are continuing for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry.
These hearings will be held at the Brisbane Magistrates Court.
It is envisaged the daily schedule will be as follows:
Session One: 10:00am – 11:15am
Session Two: 11:30am – 12:45pm
Session Three: 2:00pm – 3:15pm
You can watch a livestream of proceedings below each day (there is a delay in the event of non-publication orders). Full recordings, exhibits and transcripts are published when available.
Viewers are reminded that all livestreamed hearings remain subject to any order to prohibit the publication of evidence made by the Commissioner, and that any contravention of such an order may result in prosecution.
