Public hearings 2-4 December 2025
The second week of public hearings for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry was held at the Harry Gibbs Commonwealth Law Courts Building in Brisbane.
The hearings featured testimony from Jacqueline King, General Secretary of the Queensland Council of Unions, and Stacey Schinnerl, Queensland Branch Secretary of the Australian Workers' Union.
