The Eighth week of public hearings for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry was held at the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

The hearings featured testimony from:

  • Vince Sanfilippo – General Manager (Qld & PNG), CPB Contractors
  • Graeme Silvester – Executive General Manager (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) CIMIC Group
  • Andrew Large – Project Director, CPB Contractors
  • Nicole Watson – Senior Human Resources Advisor, Ghella Pty Ltd
  • Michael O’Brien – former Senior Industrial Relations Advisor, CPB Contractors
