Hearings

The third week of public hearings for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry was held at the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

The hearings featured testimony from:

• Damian Long - CEO of Civil Contractors Federation Queensland.
• Geoffrey Watson SC - Barrister and investigator appointed by the CFMEU.
