Public hearings 18-20 November 2025

The first week of public hearings for Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry was held  at the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

The hearings featured testimony from Geoffrey Watson SC, barrister and investigator appointed by the CFMEU, and Mark Irving KC, administrator for the CFMEU.
