Public hearings
10-12 March 2026
Public hearings are continuing for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry.
These hearings will be held at the Commonwealth Law Courts, Brisbane.
Viewers are reminded that all livestreamed hearings remain subject to any order to prohibit the publication of evidence made by the Commissioner, and that any contravention of such an order may result in prosecution. There is also a delay in the stream in the event of non-publication orders.
It is envisaged the daily schedule will be as follows:
Session One: 10:00 am – 11:15 am
Session Two: 11:30 am – 12:45 pm
Session Three: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
