The fifth week of public hearings for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry was held at the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

The hearings featured testimony from:

• Graeme Newton – Chief Executive Officer, Cross River Rail Delivery Authority​​​​​​.
• Don Johnson – Managing Director, EIC Activities.
