The seventh week of public hearings for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry was held at the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

The hearings featured testimony from:

  • Ryan Rosenlund – current Director of Rosenlund Contractors
  • Neile Rosenlund – former Managing Director of the Rosenlund Group
  • Enrique Gomez – current Regional Managing Director of Australia, UK and Ireland at Ferrovial Corporation S.A.U.; former Managing Director of Ferrovial Agroman (Australia) Pty Ltd
  • Jose Sanchez – former Project Director, Acciona Infrastructure Australia Pty Ltd
  • Geoffrey Watson SC – Investigator appointed by the CFMEU
