Public hearings 10-12 March 2026
The fourth week of public hearings for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry was held at the Commonwealth Law Courts, Brisbane.
The hearings featured testimony from:
- Deborah Dargan - Former Principal Inspector and currently Operations Manager at Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.
- Noel Hayes – Former Principal Inspector at Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.
- Paul Watts – Former Principal Inspector at Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.
