Public hearings are continuing for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry.

These hearings will be held at the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

The schedule for hearings on Tuesday and Wednesday is envisaged to follow the below:

Session One: 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM
15-minute recess
Session Two: 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM
Luncheon adjournment
Session Three: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Adjournment

Thursday's hearing is envisaged to follow the below schedule:

Session One: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
15-minute recess
Session Two: 10:45 AM – 12:30 PM
Luncheon adjournment
Session Three: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Adjournment
