Public hearings 28-31 July 2026
Public hearings are continuing for the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry, at the Brisbane Magistrates Court.
Tuesday 28 July 2026 - Thursday 30 July 2026 is envisaged to follow the below daily schedule:
Session One: 10:00am – 11:15am
Session Two: 11:30am – 12:45pm
Session Three: 2:00pm – 3:15pm
It is envisaged that the Friday hearing day will be conducted at the following times:
Session One: 09:00am – 10:30am
Session Two: 10:45am – 12:30pm
Session Three: 1:30pm – 3:30pm
You can watch a livestream of proceedings below each day (there is a delay in the event of non-publication orders). Full recordings, exhibits and transcripts are published when available.
Viewers are reminded that all livestreamed hearings remain subject to any order to prohibit the publication of evidence made by the Commissioner, and that any contravention of such an order may result in prosecution.
